Cotizable is a business automation platform that helps service professionals:
- Automate WhatsApp customer communications
- Collect visit fees before appointments
- Schedule appointments via Google Calendar integration
- Process payments through Stripe
- Generate and send professional proposals

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a valid business or professional activity

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer Standard and Premium subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• A one-time setup fee may apply for new accounts
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

5. User Obligations

You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
- Not send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Maintain accurate business information

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including:
- WhatsApp: Subject to WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
- Google Calendar: Subject to Google Terms of Service
- Stripe: Subject to Stripe Services Agreement

You are responsible for complying with the terms of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Cotizable retains all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding
• You retain ownership of your business data and customer information
• You grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service

8. Data Processing

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the necessary consents to share customer data with us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
